Drayage

As both a coastal and inland port centric strategy, Performance Team provides Drayage services at all locations throughout the country. Draying over 50,000 containers annually, Performance Team utilizes a dedicated fleet of drivers leveraging both company assets as well as owner operators. Additionally PT operates a fleet of 2009 Clean Diesel, Clean Air Compliant tractors and operates 24/7 where available. Real time container tracking visibility initiates with Vessel departure and is event driven through return to the Ports and accessible via the Web. Performance Team has strategically located deconsolidation facilities in port locations throughout the country providing regional product handling, distribution and drayage.

Dedicated Store Delivery

We as a transportation company are associated with major retailers to develop customized, dedicated solutions for store delivery. Current regional programs service over 200 stores throughout the west coast and the southwest. A dedicated Performance Team management team is located on-site at the retailer's DC, and Performance Team operates the yard switching to further improve productivity. Backhaul programs are implemented to reduce the overall expense of the dedicated model, and Performance Team is committed to incorporating a "green fleet" strategy to help drive additional environmental benefits.

Store Delivery

Performance Team provides both dedicated and Pool Point Store Delivery for Retailers and Specialty Stores. With our dedicated fleet of GPS monitored lift gate equipment Performance Team delivers to Malls, Stand Alone Stores, and Shopping Centers executing delivery to over 500 stores nationwide per day. Freight and Data are initiated with a customer ASN followed by multiple scans finishing at the store door. Scans and data are transmitted to customers to provide complete audit trails, customized reports and on-time performance measurement.

Consolidation

Performance Team operates full service consolidation programs in all of our business units throughout the country. Vendors input pickup request directly into our TMS Dispatch system with Purchase Order validation and vendor pickups are subsequently scheduled. With over 350 trucks Performance Team picks up freight from more than 3000 vendors nationwide and executes Regional Consolidation of freight into full truck loads for our Retail Partners Distribution Centers. Consolidation services may include Carton level scanning, quality inspection, detailed manifesting, Return to Vendor programs and customized reporting, all accessible via the Web.

Deconsolidation

Performance Team's deconsolidation facilities are located in close proximity to the ports in order to expedite the deconsolidation process. All of our locations are CTPAT compliant and covered by 24 x 7 security. Performance Team operates fully automated sortation systems and sends the data to our web site for "real time" status updates. All of our containers and trailers are monitored and tracked daily by our state-of-the-art YMS that provides on demand, real-time automated reporting. Scalability and timely processing of your product are our core transportation competencies, and we pride ourselves on truly understanding the time sensitivity of getting goods from the port to your DCs or stores.
