In his role as CEO, Craig places a great deal of emphasis on nurturing a company culture that fosters individual success and develops a talented leadership team. As a result, Performance Team has grown into a full-service domestic 3PL with over 7 million square feet of warehouse space and a transportation operation that services nearly 1,000 stores with over 400 trucks/drivers. His entrepreneurial spirit has positioned him to accomplish his vision of doubling PT’s revenue within the next two to three years while continuing to be recognized as one of the top growth national dedicated logistics providers in the country. Craig attended the University of California Santa Barbara, is married to his wife D’Lynda, and is the proud father of four children.
Cliff was appointed President of Performance Team in 2009 where he has continued to deliver sales growth, add new services, expand our geographic presence, and solidify PT as a top tier third party logistics company. Prior to becoming President, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in operations, business development, and marketing. Cliff has lived abroad in Europe, worked in the finance industry, and co-founded an import-export company. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in international relations.
In his current role Mike is responsible for sales development, marketing communications, and the onboarding of new clients. Additionally, he remains very active in operations and strategic planning for the company. Mike has worked in the 3PL business exclusively for PT for over 15 years. He has held responsibility for various operations, account management, and customer service departments within the company. Mike led the opening of one of our flagship facilities and has held full P&L responsibility for several operations. Before joining Performance Team, Mike played professional hockey.
