PT Gives Back

The purpose of Performance Team’s “PT Gives Back” program is to support activities that enhance and serve the neighborhoods in which we live and work. The intention is to encourage employee involvement in volunteer efforts by giving back and supporting our communities. To support that objective PT offers employees both paid volunteer time and company donations for personal time spent volunteering at qualified organizations. Performance Team recognizes that participating in these sorts of activities not only enriches the lives of those we are helping, but enriches the lives of our employees as well.

PT Mentor Academy

The purpose of the PT Mentor Academy is to provide high potential leadership individuals with an opportunity to participate in a program that will allow continued development of leadership skills through coaching and mentoring.
The program is designed to seek out high performers, develop these individuals into future leaders, and increase employee retention and productivity.

PT “Be Well”

Each year Performance Team encourages employees to lead healthier lives by taking advantage of the wellness tools and resources offered through the PT “BE WELL” total health and improvement program. There are two components of the program: MD LIVE and Mobile Health Consumer.

MD LIVE

MDLIVE provides anytime access to board certified doctors and pediatricians from where it’s most convenient for you – home, office, or on the go. Within 15 minutes of registering, you can have a virtual consult to diagnose non-emergency medical issues over the phone or through secure video on your computer or smartphone. It’s patient-centric healthcare that works for you and around your schedule.

MOBILE HEALTH CONSUMER (MHC)

MHC is a platform that will provide you with a medical dashboard that may be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or the web. Participation in health incentives, access to benefit plan detail, ID card requests, and more are all-available directly from your mobile device.
Compass Concierge Services: With Compass, you and your families will have unlimited access to a personal healthcare advisor (Health Pro).
